Medical emergencies in childcare centres are very different to other industries. Even with careful supervision, children frequently sustain bruises, cuts, bites and falls in the normal course of their day. Less frequently, medical emergencies such as seizures and asthma attacks may require immediate treatment. Providing a safe environment and responding to accidents and injuries in a timely and professional manner are essential caregiver responsibilities.
Nigerian students will spend more than 14,000 hours in school between their first day of Crèche and their last day of Secondary school.
